American Medicinals operates in strict compliance with California Health and Safety Code 11362.5 (Prop 215) and 11362.7 (SB 420). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have a valid state issued photo ID, and hold a current doctor’s recommendation for medical cannabis. We serve only legally qualified patients and caregivers and in no case provide service to persons who are not qualified under California law. If you are a caregiver, you hereby acknowledge that you comply with California Legal guidelines (under CA H&S Code 11362.5) as someone who “consistently provides for the housing, safety, or welfare” of a patient. As a primary caregiver, you may not obtain medicine for yourself unless you are also a legal qualified patient and registered as a member of American Medicinals.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby become a member of American Medicinals. American Medicinals will only serve members. As part of these terms, you grant us permission to contact your doctor and confirm your active recommendation, ensuring your eligibility. Your privacy is essential to us. In absolutely no case will any information about your person or recommendation be shared with any other person or private entity- only in the circumstance of a standard legal inspection required by California law, will your private information be seen by anyone outside our organization.
